BOOKING

• It is possible to book via e-mail contact, call, whatsapp;
• A deposit is required, unless otherwise agreed;
• For bookings with an amount lower than € 180.00, the payment of the deposit is not required. In these cases it is possible to cancel free of charge within 48 hours of check-in. In case of late cancellation there is a penalty of 50% of the total amount;
  
• The balance will be settled at the beginning of the stay;

CANCELLATION

1. In case of cancellation within 60 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded;
2. In case of cancellation less than 60 days the deposit will be retained but you can transfer the reservation to a friend. 
3. In case of early departure for any reason, the customer is required to pay the balance of the stay.

GENERAL RULES

• Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00;On the day of departure you must leave the room by 9:30 am to allow local final cleaning;
• The price includes water, electricity, gas, wifi, swimming pool, linen, breakfast, parking, etc.Bathroom linen is changed every other day. Additional linen can be requested at an additional cost of € 8.00;
• The city tax is € 1.35 per person up to 7 days. Minors are exempt;
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30;
• You can access the pool every day from 10:00 to 19:00.
• It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the room, but only in outdoor spaces;
• Do not let friends, relatives or other people not staying in the B&B enter;
• Total silence must be observed from 22.00 to 8.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00. In any case, behavior must be maintained that at no time of day and in no way harms the tranquility of others;
• Keep the rooms tidy to allow daily room cleaning;
• Room and bathroom cleaning takes place every day from 9.30am to 11.00am;
• The washing machine is shared;
• Do not wander inside the Bed and Breakfast "wearing" clothing that may offend the decency of others;
• Each guest is required to compensate damages caused to the Bed and Breakfast and for the improper use of complementary equipment;
• At the end of the stay, each guest is required to return the keys;
• Take care to turn off the lights in the room and the air conditioner when you are out of the room;

• Before entering the pool, please read this regulation
• You can use the pool every day from 10:00 to 19:00.
• It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the water.
• In the presence of minors, the parents are the only ones responsibleAccess to the pool is forbidden.
• It is forbidden to dive by the pool.
• Bathing outside the permitted time is prohibited.
• It is mandatory to respect the silence time from 14:00 to 17:00.
• Bathing is prohibited in particular weather conditions (thunderstorms).
• Glass of any kind is not allowed in the pool. Drinks in glass bottles should be consumed outside the pool area.
• Use litter bins near the entrance and sandboxes as an ashtray. Keep cleaning.
• It is forbidden to introduce balls, balls, tennis rackets and any other sports accessory.
• It is forbidden to have non-civil behavior and demeanor. It is forbidden to be admitted to people in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs or drugs. Personnel, if they perceive behaviors unsuitable for the safety of the subject and that of the other visitors, are authorized to remove unwanted subjects.
• The staff within the scope of their own competences, is required to monitor compliance with the rules of this regulation by vacationers, to draw their attention to any breaches committed, including those committed by their children.
• With those who do not comply with these rules, the staff on duty will be able to intervene by removing offenders.
• The management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents caused by users to themselves and third parties, due to non-compliance with the aforementioned rules.
• All pool equipment must be used with care and attention. Any damage caused must be compensated.
• Access to people with contagious diseases, injuries or open wounds is not permitted.
• The management is not responsible in any way for any accidents, injuries or anything else that may happen to swimmers due to their attributable behavior, especially if in violation of the aforementioned regulation.
• According to the law, bathing without a costume is prohibited.

• Quiet and polite small pets are accepted with an additional cost of € 40.00 per stay;
• Do not leave the food in the bowls in the room to avoid the presence of ants;
• It is forbidden to have people go to the B & B's internal garden, but only in the external space surrounding the structure;
• Animals are not allowed to enter the pool;
• Animals are not allowed to enter the breakfast room. It is possible to use the outdoor gazebo with your 4-legged friend;
• The owners are responsible for the hygiene of their pet and the room that hosts it;
• Our 4-legged friends are welcome in the garden as long as they are in the presence of the owner;
• The use of bed and bath linen for the animal is prohibited;
• It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal get on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.
• A leash is mandatory in the common outdoor areas;
• There may be cats nearby;
• It is absolutely forbidden to leave pets alone in the rooms during the whole stay (day and night);
