Info & General rules
- Check-in is from 16:00 (except for Sunday which is from 9:00);
- Check out is by 09:30 except for Friday which is by 15:00);
- The accommodations will be delivered clean and tidy; at the end of the stay they must be returned in the state in which they were entrusted to you, taking care, in particular, to wash the dishes used, to empty the pantries, rubbish, refrigerator and to reposition any furniture or objects moved during the living room.
- The tenant will not be able to let people or animals stay different or in a higher number than indicated in the booking form, under penalty of termination of the contract and consequent loss of the sums already paid.
- In the event of any additions regarding the number of occupants, before or during the rental period, the tenant must contact and agree on the changes with the staff.
Animals Regulation
- Small and well-behaved pets are accepted;
- Do not leave the food in the bowls at home to avoid the presence of ants;
- It is forbidden to make the toilet in the garden inside the house, but only in the external space that surrounds it;
- The owners are responsible for the hygiene of their pet and the house that hosts it;
- Our 4-legged friends are welcome as long as they do not disturb the neighborhood;
- The use of bed and bath linen for the animal is prohibited;
- It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal get on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.
- It is absolutely forbidden to leave animals alone inside the house in the absence of the owner;
The properties
- All accommodations are furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (dishes, pots, refrigerator) and all that is essential to live in a house.
- Bed, bath and kitchen linen are not provided (unless otherwise indicated on the accommodation card).
- Any of your specific needs must be clearly specified at the time of booking or before arrival.
Prices
- The prices of our holiday homes are per accommodation and per week and include all consumption of water, electricity, gas, internet, final cleaning, etc.
- The price does not include linen, camp beds or extra beds;
- Any baby bed or extra bed (if available), must be requested strictly at the time of booking, and usually involve an increase in the rental price.
Reservation
- The only booking method is the one made through our website;
- Once the booking request has been sent, we will take care to check the real availability regarding the requested period and only then will you receive the booking confirmation which establishes the stipulation of the lease agreement between the tenant and the landlord, attached to the same, and the acceptance of the general conditions indicated on this page by the tenant.
- The reservation made is valid only after the customer has sent a deposit indicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- The deposit must be paid no later than 2 days after the booking date, otherwise it will be canceled.
- The receipt certifying the payment, unless otherwise agreed, must be sent by email to info@antichemacine.com
- The balance will be settled at the beginning of the stay upon delivery of the keys, after having inspected the booked accommodation and at the same time as signing a regular lease contract for tourist purposes.
Transfer and withdrawal
- The customer who is unable to use the reservation made can transfer it to another person by informing the staff;
- The transferor and the transferee will in any case be jointly responsible for the payment of the balance of the price, and any additional expenses.
Cancellation
- In case of cancellation within 60 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded;
- In case of cancellation less than 60 days the deposit will be withheld or the booking will be transferred to a friend;
- In case of early departure for any reason, the customer is required to pay the balance of the stay.
